About me

I'm Jamie Strudwick (he/him) - a left-wing activist and amateur blogger. Back in 2015, I began volunteering as a young ambassador for the NSPCC which helped me gain my confidence in activism. My key focus was around young people's mental health. Throughout the following years, I worked mainly in the health and social care sector before becoming involved in LGBTQ+ activism in July 2024 when I founded Pride in Labour. I continue to serve as co-chair of the organisation, and I am now also involved in my local Unite Community branch. 

On this website, I will share thoughtful analysis, honest reflections, and calls to action rooted in the values of solidarity and justice.
